Vitamin B9 is one of the well-known vitamin B complex in the world. It’s another name is Folic Acid which is comes from the Latin word folium which is highly used in all types of vitamin. It was discovered by Mitchell and others in 1941. It is also a water-soluble vitamin like other B vitamins. It is not self active in the human body especially in the stomach but very important to various kinds of body functions. This vitamin is very powerful because it converts the carbohydrates of foods into the energy or glucose. B9 vitamin is very helpful for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and stomach.
