vitamin b foods

Different types of unprocessed foods contains a lot of vitamin b. Procedures carbohydrates such as sugar and white flour lean to have lower B vitamin than their unprocessed complements. B vitamins are mainly intended in meat such as tuna and turkey, in liver and animal protein products. Whole grains, bananas, potatoes, chili peppers, lentils, nutritional yeast, beans, brewer's yeast, and molasses are also the good sources of vitamin B.
