vitamin b1

Vitamin B1, also named thiamine or thiamin, is one of 8 B vitamins. All B vitamins assist the body adapted food (carbohydrates) into energy (glucose), which is "blazed" to create fuel. These vitamin, frequently referred to as B complex vitamins, also facilitate the body metabolize fats and protein. It is necessary for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. They also help the nervous system function properly, and are necessary for most advantageous brain function.

Like new B complex vitamins, thiamine is known as an "anti-stress" vitamin because it may maintain the opposing system and select the body's ability to withstand demanding conditions. It is known as B1 because it was the first B vitamin discovered.


Thiamine is originating in both animals and plants and plays a important role in positive metabolic reactions. For instance, it is obligatory for the body to form adenosine triphosphate , which every cell of the body uses for power.
