There are four source of vitamin A which named 1.Fruit Source 2.Vegetable Source 3. Nut Source 4.Animal Source
1. Fruit Source : All of the fruits contains vitamin a but it is found more in :
Cantaloupes,Grapefruit,Guava,Mango,Papaya,Passion-fruit,Tomatoes and Watermelon.
2. Vegetable Source : It is found in Amaranth Leaves,Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Butternut Squash, Carrots, Chinese Broccoli, Chinese Cabbage, Kale, Leeks,Peas,Pumpkin,Rapini,Spinach,Squash - summer,Squash - winter,Sweet Potato,wiss Chard
3. Nut Source : Chestnuts, Pecans, Pistachios are contain a lot of this vitamin.
4. Animal Source : These vitamin is found as retinal in animal foods.The most important source are included beef , Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese, Cows Milk, Whipping Cream, Eggs, Tuna ,Goat Milk,Goat Cheese, Sour Cream
